Ron is an award-winning towing recovery-plus transport specialist, with more than 35 years of experience. Ron is a recognized professional tower and is an active Operations Manager at Pine Tree Towing and Recovery in Cambridge, OH. He is the President and founding member of Quick Clear Professionals of Ohio, and an instructor for Quick Clear and TIM principles and procedures.

Ron was a founding member for the Association of Professional Towers-Ohio, and is the current president of the Police Towers of America. He was appointed to Ohio’s Governor’s Traffic Safety Council in 2021, and currently serves on Ohio’s Traffic Incident Management Steering Committee.

The Dawn Trumpet Call
Listen for the trumpet blast as the Towman Trumpeteer steps on the pier at Fells Point and summons heroic spirits of our industry at dawn on Saturday. His call honoring all towmen as they respond to the call to action everyday, playing a crucial role in their communities across the nation. If you can, be there!

The Grandé Entreé
American Towman Exposition opens with a salute to all Towmen with the Baltimore City College High School Marching Band leading the way. With over 260 exhibitors, there is no other exposition displaying the leading products and services of the towing industry.

Festive Music
Enjoy the blue grass sounds of the Satyr Hill Band at the Eat N’ Tow food court on the show floor. The band is an icon and favorite highlight of towers for many years at the American Towman Exposition. Special festival entertainers will be roaming the floor to bring a smile to all.

American Wrecker Pageant
World-Class Wreckers Compete

For the towman, doing battle means doing business with wreckers all decked out. Even medieval warriors would have been intimidated. From specially designed chrome wheels to uniquely cast lever heads and paint jobs evoking different ages, different landscapes, the American Wrecker Pageant inside the Baltimore Convention Center is the world's premier truck pageant. Kick back, enjoy the trucks, and jaw with the men and women who proudly own them as they vie for the Pageant's legendary trophies.

Trucks enter into the Convention Center Wednesday, 8 am - 5 pm & Thursday, 8 am - 10 am. All trucks will remain in Convention Center until the completion of the award ceremony on Saturday.

Ceremony will be held Saturday, Nov. 22, 4 pm at the BCC Band Stage.
